Steelbros reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
Process for Return:
Customers must contact Steelbros customer service team to initiate the return process.
Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
Steelbros will be responsible for covering return shipping costs for defective or damaged products within the guarantee period.

Purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after purchase. However, if you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transit, or an expired product, we will be happy to offer a full replacement free of charge upon receiving sufficient proof of purchase and the defect. To process a replacement, customers must send photographs of the damaged or expired product to us at info@thesteelbros.com
Our Quality Control team will evaluate the product for any defects related to its quality, and if the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product with a new one. If the product has expired for any reason, we will immediately replace it.
If your ordered product is not delivered, you may furnish proof of purchase to info@thesteelbros.com, and we will redeliver the product promptly.
Customers must inform us of their intent to exchange or replace the damaged or expired product within seven (7) days of receipt. Any return or replacement requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained.
We do not entertain third-party claims for refunds or returns.
No returns will be accepted if a customer simply does not like the product after delivery or feels it does not meet their expectations.
